  In my experience, it has deteriorated gradually over the past four years, and this seems to have happened in most departments, still doing what most other supermarkets do, put offers on display, only to find they are not now on offer (past the offer promo date), or told at the customer service desk that the offer only applies to some products, well you could put more effort in and make clear to the buyer what is actually on offer. Customer services poor and lack enthusiasm and politeness. Cafe very poor, I don't know why you bother. On a plus side your chemist dispensary is good, and basic core foods are competitive. Haven't tried deliveries so cannot comment.

  I avoid unless impossible. Click and collect will leave you waiting all day, products are awful quality and substitutes are comical. Customer service for Asda in general is deplorable, it's difficult to see how they could get any worse! I'd rather pay double than shop here.
