Booked in for a group birthday party 3 weeks in advance for 19 people. On night last guests arrived at 7:20, orders taken at 7:45, but main courses didn't arrive until 9:20 and in one case 9:50. We did have a couple of people order starters but the delay did seem excessive compared to usual service and the staff seemed to be very overstretched by a couple of large bookings at the same time.
I'd suggest that in future for large bookings they ask us to order in advance, I know we'd have been happy to do so.
